Indulge in life-giving water

IF YOU’RE LIKE MOST PEOPLE NOWADAYS, you’re consciously drinking water to stay hydrated, but are often plagued with migraines, mood swings or muscle cramps. Naturally, you’d like to find a cure to put an end to these irritating symptoms that frequently interrupt your day.   

You do your part by drinking the recommended 64 ounces of water per day, but there’s no relief. Healthy hydration is not about how much water you drink; you must drink water that can get into your cells and stay there. Most of our drinking water is not cell available. Despite claims from the Environmental Working Group, if your drinking water is filtered or bottled, it is dead and may be the cause of what ails you. In fact, the contents of your water bottle may be the culprit behind a headache that strikes in the middle of a meeting or the dry peeling lips that you can’t seem to soothe.

Fortunately, there is a solution to this madness: structured water. Structured water is living, moving and rich in minerals, and it is essential to maintaining optimal health. It is found naturally in mountain springs, but most of us live too far away to benefit. Since life-giving water is not in tap or bottled water, where can you find it? Here are two solutions to consider:

EAT YOUR WATER
Structured water is trapped inside hydrating foods like raw fruits and vegetables, and it stays in the body longer than drinking water. Why? It’s absorbed more slowly. Water-rich foods contain hydrating minerals and salts that you need to maintain optimal health. Fruits—such as watermelon, grapefruit, strawberries and pineapples—and vegetables—like celery, cucumbers, Portobello mushrooms and asparagus—supply 20 percent of your daily water intake and will help you reach your hydration goals.

RESTRUCTURE YOUR WATER
Use a structuring device based on golden ratio flow patterns and resonant frequencies like UHM to make “wetter” tasting water that is extremely hydrating. Tracy Duhs with The Sanctuary Wellness Experience recommends this recipe:

1. Filter tap water with a 12-step reverse osmosis system into a glass jar.
2. Mineralize the water by adding one teaspoon of pH salts.
3. Refrigerate for seven hours.
4. Pour the mineralized water through a simple flow form device to restructure it.
5. Drink and enjoy.
