At home with Modern Wellness Advocate Tracy Duhs

As an advocate for optimal health, Tracy Duhs has developed a multidimensional career. She is the founder of the Sanctuary Wellness Experience, cofounder of Hydrate at the Sanctuary, director of San Diego’s multiday Modern Wellness Weekend, and host of the podcast, Hydrate.

Tracy is a model for healthy living and, happily, she agreed to be a model for About Town Magazines!

In fact, Tracy invited our fashion design team into her lovely home to demonstrate that even when we have nothing on the calendar and nowhere to go, we can be beautiful inside and out.
