Ranch 45
SOPE
This tasty dish premiered as a daily special and was received so well, it has earned a spot on the regular dinner menu. It may appear dainty, but it’s a powerful medley of Brandt Beef ribeye cap,  fresh avocado purée, Mexican pinto beans, and Mexican crema, all tucked into a robust house-made masa tarte. Perfect as an appetizer or alongside the soup of the day.

Elixir
BUDDHA BOWL
This healthy dish has a secret ingredient that makes it even better: The sweet potatoes are cooked in Kangen water, a powerful anti-inflammatory high in antioxidants. Order this heavenly mixture of roasted and grilled veggies, chicken, pepitas, feta cheese, and lemon garlic dressing with a bottle of Kangen water prepared right on the premises and read about its health benefits between each scrumptious bite.

NINE-TEN Restaurant & Bar
SCOTTISH SALMON
Inspired by the French dish, artichokes barigoule, Chef Jason Knibb braises tender young artichoke hearts in white wine and butter, adding Thumbelina carrots, spring onions, garlic, and other aromatics. He removes the artichokes and other vegetables to maintain texture and returns them to the liquid when it is reduced. Chanterelle mushrooms are added for depth. The tender salmon with its crispy skin absorbs these flavors beautifully.

Americana Restaurant
THE CLASSIC COBB
This iconic salad, first served at Hollywood’s Brown Derby Restaurant in the late 1930s, is a feast for the eyes. Pick up your fork and you won’t be disappointed! It is the perfect blend of house-roasted turkey, smokey bacon, perfectly ripe avocado, crumbled gorgonzola, chopped tomatoes, and sliced hard boiled eggs—all lightly tossed in red wine vinaigrette. A generous slice of Tuscan bread serves as an ideal accompaniment.

Pomodoro
FETTUCINE VERDE
The langoustino has always been held in high esteem in Italian cuisine. With a sweet taste similar to lobster, three wild Argentina langoustinos make the ultimate crown for this delicious pasta special. A succulent combination of capers, olives, cherry tomatoes, and white wine sauce is tossed into the pasta to deepen the texture and enhance the flavor. When paired with a light red wine, it’s perfetto!

Osteria Romantica
PORK SHANK OSSO BUCO
It warms us to the tips of our toes when we see this hearty dish listed on Osteria Romantica’s Specials menu. The pork shanks, braised in a succulent mixture of tomatoes and wine, simmer in
a complex sauce until the meat practically slips off the bone. It’s served on a bed of pasta to soak up all the robust flavor.

Pummaro
BUTTERNUT SQUASH PIZZA
Pummaro’s pizza chef likes to feature the ingredients of the season on his daily Specials menu. “As soon as
the squash is fully ripe and ready, it becomes a featured topping,” he says. This delightful version includes a house-made sausage that’s not too heavily spiced, adding another dimension without overpowering the flavor of the squash.
